Post-Production: Plugins

Post-Production:Plugins

Plugins are there to make the website more attractive and interactive. I have found some plugins that I have installed:

There are many social network plugins that I have downloaded as they can have a different design to the Facebook 'like' or 'share' button. Or like the Twitter tweet feed. The plugin that I'll be using the most will be Meta Slider which is a plugin to insert images and it starts flicking through images like a slide show. It becomes interactive too. By inserting the URL in the URL section of the image on the Meta Slider it becomes interactive as the user can click onto the image and navigates the user to that specific page.

As I click on the image that says 'maintaining healthy hair' will direct me to a page that explains how to maintain healthy hair. It directs to me a different page that is a page full of advice and step by step tutorials for maintaining healthy hair.

At the moment this is a 404 error, as I haven't created the page yet. In the near future, I'll be putting some text and visual texts onto this page.

The other plugin I'll be using as much as possible is Page Builder by SiteOrgin which will help me build up my page by inserting videos, images, texts, meta slider, embedded media, calendar, price box and many more. It also gives me access to building up the layout and adding a pre-built layout page.

This is what my page builder looks like. I am trying to build up an image, text and an embedded video from my own product that I have uploaded on YouTube. I have put up my image that is the big medium that I want audience to focus on. The text on the bottom left, and right next to it is a video of my tutorial video on eye makeup.
